In-house Technology Department

CPI serves as a provider, installer and maintenance service provider of intruder alarm systems and digital CCTV camera and recording surveillance systems. CPI will install, monitor and perennially maintain CCTV and alarm installations on sites. The team of highly experienced specialists conduct assessments at each site to ensure the best technology is implemented to serve the intelligence driven methodology.

24 Hour National Operational Center

The 24-hour SAIDSA approved NOC is managed and operated by Human Behavior Detection Analysts who are specifically trained to detect irregularities and suspect behavior. Above and beyond monitoring the NOC serves as a platform where all CPI’s inhouse technology is managed as well as vehicle tracking, and monitoring is completed. Clients are able to view and gain access to installed technology from anywhere in the world, via mobile applications.

In-house Training Department

This department offers a number of unique courses designed and developed in-house by CPI experts. Some of the specialised training available includes: Detective workshop Crime Scene Management Crime scene photography The department has the capacity to generate and design courses best suited to training needs of each client.
